About the role

As a Travel Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional travel experiences for our discerning clientele. You will be responsible for curating bespoke itineraries, handling all aspects of travel arrangements, and providing seamless customer service.

Curating personalized travel itineraries that align with the unique preferences and interests of our clients.

Handling all aspects of travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, activities, and dining reservations.

Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that our clients are well-informed, supported, and delighted throughout their travel experience.

Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their travel aspirations, and exceeding their expectations.

Staying up-to-date with the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry developments.

Qualifications and experience

Proven experience as a travel consultant or in a related customer service role. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

A passion for travel, with a deep understanding of diverse destinations and travel experiences.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and job ad from Qualeefy for the role of Travel Specialist with clients.

A proactive and resourceful approach, with the ability to anticipate and resolve any issues that may arise.

Fluency in English and at least one other language is a plus.
