About the Role

In this critical role, you will play a pivotal role in:

Unearthing and attracting top-tier talent with expertise in catering to the unique needs of High-Net-Worth (HNW) clients. This could involve leveraging your network, utilizing specialized sourcing strategies, and crafting compelling job descriptions that resonate with this specific talent pool.

Building strong relationships with HNW clients: You will act as a trusted advisor, understanding their specific hiring needs and preferences to identify candidates who perfectly align with their requirements.

Managing the entire recruitment process: This includes screening resumes, conducting in-depth interviews, facilitating reference checks, and negotiating competitive offers. Staying current with industry trends: You will remain updated on the evolving landscape of HNW needs, ensuring your recruitment strategies are tailored to attract the most qualified and relevant talent.

Key responsibility

Attracting and sourcing talent: This involves seeking out qualified candidates for open positions across the company. They utilize various tools and strategies like job boards, social media, and employee referrals to attract potential hires.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates at all levels.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other relevant recruitment software.
