We are seeking a driven and relationship-oriented individual to join our team as a Premium Supplier Relationship Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, connecting with, and securing partnerships with premium suppliers across all our segments.
You will build and maintain strong relationships with these suppliers, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional experiences for our High Net Worth Individual (HNWI) clientele.
Supplier Acquisition: Proactively research and identify premium suppliers across all our segments, including [list example segments].
Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers at potential and existing premium suppliers.
Negotiation and Contracting: Negotiate mutually beneficial contracts with suppliers, ensuring alignment with our brand standards and client expectations.
Onboarding and Registration: Manage the onboarding process for new premium suppliers, registering their contact details and ensuring easy access for Lifestyle Managers.
Relationship Management: Regularly communicate with premium suppliers, providing updates, addressing concerns, and fostering ongoing collaboration.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze supplier performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize partnerships.
Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and identify new premium suppliers that align with our evolving client needs.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of supplier information and performance metrics.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in relationship management, preferably within the luxury or hospitality industry.
Proven track record of successfully building and nurturing strong relationships with high-level contacts.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in CRM software and other relevant business tools.
Passion for the luxury and hospitality industry, with a keen understanding of HNWI expectations.

Saturday 10:00 to 14:00.
The role, however, requires flexibility and it may be the case that in order to fulfil the duties of the role, work on weekend, public holidays or additional / extended hours may be necessary.
A time in lieu policy is in place for work over weekends / public holidays.
