About the Role

We are seeking a driven and relationship-oriented individual to join our team as a Premium Field Sales Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, connecting with, and securing partnerships with premium partners across all our segments.

Your first assignment As a field agent is to identify and approach real estate agencies in Marbella, effectively communicate the benefits of joining our private network, and ultimately persuade them to become part of our exclusive community.

You will build and maintain strong relationships with these partners, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional experiences for our High Net Worth Individual (HNWI) clientele.

Key responsibilities

Prospect, identify, and approach potential real estate agencies in Marbella to introduce our private network.

Conduct thorough research to understand the needs and preferences of each targeted agency.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within the real estate agencies.

Present our network's benefits, services, and value propositions in a compelling and persuasive manner.

Customize sales pitches and proposals based on the specific requirements and objectives of each agency.

Negotiate terms of partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with both parties' interests and objectives.

Provide ongoing support and assistance to onboarded agencies, ensuring a smooth transition into our network.

Continuously track and report on sales activities, progress, and performance metrics.

Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.

Collaborate closely with the marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts with overall company objectives and strategies.

Requirements

Proven track record in field sales, preferably within the real estate industry or related sectors.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Strong networking abilities with the capacity to build and maintain relationships.

Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for sales and business development.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.

Knowledge of the Marbella real estate market and industry dynamics is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required; additional languages such as German, French, or Russian are advantageous.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools for tracking and managing leads and opportunities.

Weekdays 09:00 to 18:00

Saturday 10:00 to 14:00.
