We are currently seeking to expand our Qualeefy Experience Team.
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about luxury experiences and who have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
Contractual hours are 09:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday. 10:00 to 14:00 on SSaturday.
The role, however, requires flexibility and it may be the case that in order to fulfil the duties of the role, work on weekend, public holidays or additional / extended hours may be necessary.
A time in lieu policy is in place for work over weekends / public holidays.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A passion for luxury experiences A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service The ability to work independently and as part of a team The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously A strong understanding of the luxury lifestyle industry Fluency in English and at least one other language
