About the Role

We are currently seeking to expand our Qualeefy Experience Team. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about luxury experiences and who have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Creating and delivering bespoke experiences for our clients

Working with a wide range of partners to source and secure the best possible experiences

Managing client relationships and ensuring that they are satisfied with our services

Keeping up-to-date on the latest trends in the luxury lifestyle industry

Providing exceptional customer service

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A passion for luxury experiences

A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service

The ability to work independently and as part of a team

The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

A strong understanding of the luxury lifestyle industry

Fluency in English and at least one other language Benefits
